All of us, players, parents, referees, coaches, administrators or shareholders, have the responsibility to uphold the rules of conduct of the game, but also of our community and to behave according to the highest standards of integrity.
We must all work together to ensure that the game's reputation is high and stays high.
The Mr.Soccerman Code of Conduct requires that all participants in our program act with respect and sportsmanship so that our community is always well represented and provides a valuable experience.

Negative behaviour will not be tolerated if it is directed at team members, trainers, parents, partners or administrators. These behaviors include, but are not limited to, the following:
*Disrespect; *Disobedience; *insulting language; *negative attitude; *racist insults of any kind *Fight destruction of equipment / uniforms *lie *Fake *inappropriate use of social media *Inappropriate use or unauthorized use of the Mr.Soccerman logo
*and any other inappropriate behavior established by the mr.Soccerman institution
*In addition, any conduct judged to be criminal, i.e. theft, smoking, drug use, alcohol consumption and inappropriate sexual behaviour may result in immediate dismissal from participation.

Responsibilities and duties are primarily assumed by the team and partners of Mr.Soccerman. Then we seek the same level of correspondence obedient to the code from our players and parents / family members. Each member of Mr.Soccerman is expected to have read this Code of Conduct Agreement and comply with all Mr.SM policies. Furthermore, Mr.SM participants understand the possible effects of negative or abusive behaviour during exercises, games, tournaments, competitions and excursions (even if they are not below Mr.SM capacities.
